Congratulations to G.H.Barnett & Son took the top two prizes in the biscuit category at the recent Scottish Bakers awards. The Cellardyke bakery won Best Biscuit in Scotland for their Empire Biscuit and the National Gold Medal for their oatcakes. This is no small prize as past winners have included big national operators like Tunocks and other high profile manufacturers.
