Scottish Government has launched a new support website for small-scale producers in Scotland.
The Small Producers Info Hub is designed to answer questions about dos and don’ts in relation to food production in Scotland.
In the words of Nourish, who developed the site:
“There are many regulations – and exceptions to regulations – that apply to small food producers. The website is intended to gather them in one place, make them accessible and easier to navigate. The site is due to be developed further, and currently includes information on livestock, market gardens, beekeeping and shellfish production”
